SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIF. — The production and delivery of AMFIL Technologies Inc.’s new, large capacity, automated, portable pilot mPact ozone cleaning and antimicrobial system has been completed. Capable of treating tanks, bottling lines, conveyers, floors and walls without the use of chemicals, management estimates the technology will generate an additional $1 million dollars in revenue for AMFIL.

Following final testing in Canada, the system will be relocated to the U.S to meet the rising demand of the technology. AMFIL is an integrator of ozone-based cleaning and antimicrobial systems for the food and beverage industry.

"The food and safety federal regulations in North America are requiring more stringent microbial control by meat processors, thereby requiring new technologies to fulfill these requirements,” said Ambrose Fillis, president and chief executive officer. “We are confident our state-of-the-art mPact technology will meet and exceed these requirements. We are already experiencing increased inquiries for our technology. Once final testing of our technology is complete, we expect to immediately begin fulfilling orders."
