RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA — Fine Choice Foods, a North American producer of refrigerated, Asian-inspired cuisine, is launching two new premium offerings under its SUMM! brand: Pork Gyoza Dumplings with Chili Crisp Oil and Spicy Sriracha Chicken Spring Rolls.

The Pork Gyoza Dumplings with Chili Crisp Oil feature a savory, umami-rich pork filling and Fine Choice Foods’ signature chili crisp — a textured, aromatic blend of spices and heat.

The Spicy Sriracha Chicken Spring Rolls are filled with tender chicken and vegetables in a crispy wrapper, paired with a Sweet Sriracha dipping sauce that delivers heat with a tangy finish.

Both products align with market signals of consumers’ growing preference for spicy and globally inspired refrigerated products. They are particularly curated for younger shoppers seeking snackable, multicultural options with elevated flavor profiles.

SUMM! branded products have reached triple digit distribution and velocity growth over the past 12 months, according to Fine Choice Foods.

Seeing positive demand for its products, Fine Choice Foods invested into an existing warehouse in 2022 to transform it into a second manufacturing facility. The company also added new equipment in 2024 to the 50,000-square-foot facility, doubling its production capacity.
