MILLINGTON, NJ. — Specialties Inc. is preparing for the launch of an all-natural line of Bellentani cured meat products in July. The premium Italian delicacy, exclusively distributed by Specialties, will be available at retail across the United States beginning next month at a suggested price of $6.99.
The new handcrafted prosciutto is minimally processed and free from artificial ingredients while rich in flavor, the company said.
Produced by Bellentani — a heritage brand, family-owned company dating back to 1821 in Modena, Italy — the prosciutto represents centuries of expertise and a commitment to excellence.

The new item will be available in a 3-oz package.
Specialties will highlight this product and other innovations up the upcoming Summer Fancy Food Show, June 29 – July 1, at the Javits Center, New York.
