TYLER, TEXAS — Food company John Soules Foods announced its plans to rebrand with a new name, Soules Foods.

The business began in 1975 as a hamburger patty producer and has grown into a national operation with fully cooked and ready-to-cook chicken and beef products for restaurants, grocery stores and home consumption.

“We believe our new name and logo pay the proper respect to our 50 years in business, while communicating a fresh outlook for our future,” said John Soules Jr., co-chief executive officer of Soules Foods. “We now have the fourth generation of our family working in the business, and we are excited to build the future for this generation and the ones that follow.”

Along with a corporate rebrand, the company plans to change its retail brand from John Soules Foods to Soules Kitchen, which includes a new logo and updated packaging for people looking for the product in refrigerated and frozen aisles around the country.

“We’re excited about this new chapter and remain committed to delivering on our purpose of Great Food, Made Simple — just with a fresh new look,” said Mark Soules, Co-CEO.

Available offerings from Soules include fajita strips, grilled chicken, steak strips and breaded chicken nuggets, strips and bites.

Soules maintains its headquarters in Tyler, Texas, with additional facilities in Gainesville, Ga., and Valley, Ala.
