THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS – Fortifi Food Processing Solutions, a leading manufacturer of automated food processing equipment and automation solutions, recently discussed its latest innovations during IFFA 2025 May 3-8 in Frankfurt, Germany.
Massimo Bizzi, chief executive officer for Fortifi, explained at a press conference at the show the company’s commitment to productivity and innovation in food processing.
At the convention, Fortifi featured a 15,069-square-foot exhibition space including meeting rooms, a restaurant and catering area, and its full complement of machines, robots and software.
Fortifi companies Bettcher, Frontmatec, MHM Automation, LIMA, Nothum, REICH and Kais, along with partners Danish Meat Research Institute and Völur, presented shared innovations in protein processing equipment, robotics and software at the show.
Some of the equipment included skinning and trimming tools, control systems and value-chain automation, personal hygiene solutions, captive bolt stunners, AI-based production and planning analytics, product handling systems, chilling and freezing, reverse packaging, meat/bone separators and deboners, grinder-desinewers, coating and frying technology, and thermal processing technology.
