DENVER — Polidori Sausage is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year with a custom 100th-anniversary logo for its packaging and a special “Century of Flavor” campaign that recognizes how its employees, partners and customers have been instrumental to its longstanding success.

As an added memento to the occasion, Polidori Sausage plans to debut an exclusive cheddar jalapeño bratwurst and two new anniversary-themed concession carts at Colorado Rockies Opening Day on April 4. All season long, fans will be able to enjoy Polidori Sausage’s specialty products at Coors Field, home of the Rockies baseball team.

Polidori Sausage is a family-owned sausage company founded in 1925 by Italian immigrants Anna and Rocco Polidori. What started out as a small grocery and butcher shop in Denver has grown into one of the leading sausage companies in the country through the dedication of five generations of the Polidori family.
