WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced June 17 Campbell Soup Supply Co., L.L.C., in Paris, Texas, is recalling approximately 15 million lbs. of Spaghettios with Meatballs canned products due to possible under processing.

All the products subject to recall feature the establishment number "EST 4K" as well as a "Use By" date between June 2010 and December 2011 printed on the bottom of each can. These products were manufactured between December 2008 and June 2010 and distributed to retailers nationwide.

Campbell officials discovered the problem during a routine warehouse inspection and subsequent investigation. There have been no reported cases of illnesses related to the consumption of the products.

When available, a retail distribution list will be posted on the FSIS Web site at http://www.fsis.usda.gov/FSIS_Recalls/Open_Federal_Cases/index.asp .

Three varieties of the products are included in the recall, including:

• 14.75-ounce cans of Spaghettios with Meatballs with the “U5” product code on the bottom

• 14.75-ounce cans of Spaghettios A to Z with Meatballs with the “4N” product code on the bottom

• 14.75-ounce cans of Spaghettios Fun Shapes with Meatballs Cars variety with the “KS” product code on the bottom.
