SPARKS, MD. – Mark Timbie, president of McCormick’s North American Consumer Foods, has received additional responsibilities as a result of organizational changes at McCormick and Company Inc., as announced previously by Alan Wilson, chairman, president and chief executive officer. The changes went into effect April 5.

As a result, McCormick Canada has been added to Mr. Timbie’s responsibilities, as well as the development of consumer business growth strategies in Latin America. Mr. Timbie continues to be responsible for the U.S. Consumer Products Division (U.S.C.P.D.), Specialty Brands including Zatarain’s and Mojave, McCormick CASA in El Salvador, the Consumer Products export business and McCormick’s joint venture in Mexico.

Since joining McCormick in 1996, Mr. Timbie has held several key leadership positions including vice president of sales and marketing for U.S.C.P.D., president and c.e.o. of McCormick Canada and president International. He is a member of McCormick’s Management Committee.
