GOSHEN, IND. — On May 24, the Goshen Board of Zoning Appeals met and approved the planned expansion by Miller Poultry LLC, a subsidiary of Pine Manor Inc.

The plan entails adding 36,230 square feet of building space in four phases with additional parking space and truck maneuvering areas and up to 25 employees.

According to the agenda provided by Goshen, the property has operated as a poultry or hatchery business since 1947.

The company also owns three properties in front of the land to protect and preserve the quality of the area, Miller Poultry said. The current expansion will not cross onto them.
