RUSKINGTON, ENGLAND – Pilgrim’s UK recently appointed Tracy Charlton to the role of site director at the company’s pork processing plant in Ruskington. She will report to Neil Houston and Ian Bagnall, Retail Packing managing directors.

Charlton previously served as head of retail finance within the business. She also was financial controller for the Fresh division at Pilgrim’s UK. She joined Pilgrim’s UK in 2018 from Kerry Ingredients where she held roles including commercial accountant, plant controller and UK financial controller.

“Having worked closely with sites across both Fresh and Retail business units, Tracy has demonstrated a deep understanding of the financial, operational and commercial disciplines within the business units and wider business,” Bagnall said. “She lives and breathes our organizational values and will be a great role model and leader for the Ruskington team, and I have no doubt that she will help them to realize their full potential.”
