FRANKFURT, GERMANY – Messe Frankfurt Group, a leading trade fair, congress and organizer of the IFFA trade show, will not admit exhibitors from Russia and Belarus until further notice, due to the war in Ukraine. 

“This applies to all countries of the Messe Frankfurt Group that have joined the sanction measures,” the company said. “Furthermore, Messe Frankfurt is also suspending all visitor marketing activities in Russia and Belarus until further notice.”

The company had already decided to suspend its events in Russia until further notice.

Messe Frankfurt employs approximately 2,300 people at its headquarters and in 30 subsidiaries around the world. The company reported annual sales of approximately 140 million euros after having been as high as 736 million euros in 2019 before the pandemic.
