RIDGEFIELD, CONN. – The Chefs' Warehouse Inc. announced on Dec. 28 that it would acquire Capital Seaboard, a Jessup, Md. wholesaler of seafood and food products.

According to its website, Capital Seaboard has been a retail and wholesale distributor for more than 60 years. Since 2017, the company has operated out of a 160,000 square foot facility in Howard County, Maryland.
