LOS ANGELES – Papa Cantella’s, a meat supplier in Vernon, Calif., will be the new multi-year supplier of Dodger Dogs for Major League Baseball’s Los Angeles Dodgers.

The company’s products, including Dodger Dogs, started selling at Dodger Stadium on Opening Day. Packaged Dodger Dogs will also be available at retail grocery locations throughout Southern California.

“Like the Dodgers, our history and community ties run deep in Los Angeles,” said Tony Cantella, President of Papa Cantella’s. “We could not be more proud to be partnering with this iconic brand and product.”

The meat supplier was founded by Tom Cantella in 1980. Dodger Dogs continue to remain one of the best-selling concession items in professional sports. Papa Cantella’s said more than 100,000 sold through the club’s first 13 home games.
