PALM BEACH, FLA. – BurgerFi International Inc. announced the addition of Martha Stewart to its board of directors. The food-focused author, TV host and entrepreneur will serve on the quick-service restaurant chain’s Product & Innovation Committee. Given Stewart’s successful ventures in multiple media platforms, BurgerFi officials said the company considers Stewart’s long list of achievements and marketing and R&D expertise in the food industry valuable to developing growth strategies moving forward.

Sternber referred to Stewart as the “original influencer.”

Stewart, who is credited with reaching more than 100 million fans each month and has a 96% brand awareness among US women and whose appeal is widespread among US millennials, said the BurgerFi strategy and market positioning appeals to her culinary spirit and her belief system.
