KANSAS CITY, MO. – Sosland Publishing, parent company of MEAT+POULTRY, announced the launch of Dairy Processing, a new informational brand dedicated to the dynamic $9 billion North American dairy processing market. Launching in April 2021, Dairy Processing will provide news and feature stories targeting leaders and decision makers in this keystone food, beverage and ingredient industry.

Dairy Processing will debut as a quarterly magazine in 2021 and will evolve to a monthly frequency in 2022. In addition to the stand-alone print magazine, Dairy Processing will also have a dedicated website (www.dairyprocessing.com), and a variety of digital media – including three segment-specific targeted newsletters, Daily Dairy Brief, Operations Update and Cheese Product News. While limiting its circulation to those in the dairy processing industry and allied trades, Dairy Processing is expected to reach approximately 12,000 decision makers throughout the United States and Canada.
