ATLANTA — Hooters rolled out a new wing flavor option with Lemon Pepper Wings, which is featured on a seasonal menu also offering Blackened Mahi Sandwich, Steamed Shrimp and Daytona Style Shrimp.

"We take a lot of pride in our wings, so bringing in a new flavor option is a big deal to us," said Scott Kinsey, director of research and development for Hooters of America Inc. "The Lemon Pepper wing seasoning scored very well in consumer testing, so much so that we added it along with the blackened mahi sandwich to our permanent menu."

The limited time offer menu will run for six weeks and aligns with basketball season and Lent. Featuring basketball analyst and Hooters long-time spokesperson Dick Vitale, this spring-time menu traditionally offers many seafood items to cater to customers that observe Lent.

Hooters of America Inc. operates more than 450 Hooters restaurants in 42 states and 26 foreign countries.
