SMITHFIELD, Va. – Smithfield Culinary is the new brand name for Smithfield Foods Inc.’s foodservice unit. Brands that fall within the Smithfield Culinary portfolio include Carando, Curly’s, Eckrich, Farmland, Margherita and Smithfield.

The company said customers will find in Smithfield Culinary a wide portfolio of pork products developed to meet the demands of today’s consumers. The brand “…leverages the corporation’s position as the world’s largest pork processor and industry leader in sustainability and highlights the involvement and leadership that it has within the culinary community.” Smithfield added that the company has positioned culinary arts as a cornerstone of its business model.
