DALLAS — Dickey’s Barbecue Pit reintroduced the Mac Stack to consumers on Dec. 4. The item features the company’s mac n’ cheese that is topped with a choice of smoked meat. Meat choices include: beef brisket, pulled pork, chicken breast, polish kielbasa sausage, jalapeno cheddar kielbasa, turkey and pork ribs. “At Dickey’s, our focus has and always will be on our authentic, Texas-style meats and savory sides,” said Roland Dickey, Jr., CEO of Dickey’s Capital Group. “The Mac Stack is the perfect combination of the two and is a go-to comfort food for the cold winter months.”
