MILWAUKEE – Klement’s Sausage Co. recently announced plans to invest $7.5 million to expand the company’s flagship facility in Milwaukee.

Miron Construction of Neenah, Wisconsin, is the contractor for the project which involves reconstruction of 50,000 sq. ft. of the facility and the addition of 5,000 sq. ft. Klement’s expects the project to be complete by summer of 2019. Milwaukee Economic Development Corp. and Milwaukee 7 are funding new equipment purchases.

We look forward to meeting the growing demand for our handcrafted Klement’s sausage for years to come.”

Klement’s Sausage Co. was founded in Milwaukee in 1956. The company operates out of two production plants and employs approximately 500 workers, with more than 350 workers at the flagship facility.
