AUSTIN, Minn. – Hormel Foods Corp. is promoting at-home meals with the introduction of its new ham varieties, as well as Lloyd’s Barbeque sauceless smoked meats.

Hormel Cure 81 hams, containing no preservatives and no added nitrates or nitrites, are now available in more sizes and slices. The new Cherrywood Smoked Ham steaks are available in single and three-packs. The diced and cubed ham products are designed to be used as recipe ingredients and come with recipe suggestions and measurement conversions on the package.

The new product varieties include:

  • 12-oz. Cherrywood smoked ham steaks, 3 pack – SRP $4.39-$4.99
  • 8-oz. Cherrywood smoked ham steak, single pack – SRP $3.09-$3.59
  • 12-oz. diced boneless ham – SRP $4.39-$4.99
  • 12-oz. cubed boneless ham – SRP $4.39-$4.99

In addition, Lloyd’s Barbeque offers a new line of sauceless smoked meats called Lloyd’s Woodfire Barbeque meats. The products are smoked for 9 to 10 hours using hardwoods, such as hickory. The products are available in 12-oz. packages of pulled pork or pulled chicken, with a suggested retail price of $5.99.
