KANSAS CITY — Restaurants continue to roll out meat products for their spring lineups, particularly burgers.

 Red Robin starts out with a Cowboy Ranch Tavern Double. It features two burger patties, topped with bourbon-infused Whiskey River BBQ Sauce, ranch, onion straws, American cheese and lettuce on a sesame seed bun. The Grand Brie, features half-pound Black Angus burger with melted Brie cheese, balsamic fig jam, crispy bacon, fresh arugula and mayo on a brioche bun.

 Culver’s also released a new Pretzel Haus Pub Burger. The burger features two beef patties, cheddar cheese, bacon, bistro sauce, Wisconsin cheddar cheese, pretzel bun and pickled onions.

 Umami Burgers is also featuring new burgers starting with its Impossible VBQ. The burger features an Impossible meat patty on a vegan bun, complimented with an espresso rub, smoky sweet BBQ sauce, coleslaw & thinly sliced jalapeno, and topped with grilled onions. In addition, the Impossible Trufflemaker uses the Impossible meat patty on a vegan bun, covered with a truffle fondue, truffle aioli, port wine & truffle glaze topped with curly lettuce and fresh tomato. The final new addition is the Impossible Classic that uses a 4-oz. Impossible meat patty on a vegan bun featuring Umami house sauce and American cheese topped with curly lettuce, onion, and tomato.
