Subway recently announced the national roll-out of its Signature Wraps Collection.

After customers in Maine and a few other test markets gave Subway wraps a ringing endorsement, the sandwich chain announced the roll-out of its Signature Wraps Collection throughout the US.

The new line of Signature Wraps is Subway’s biggest core menu addition in the US since the introduction of rotisserie-style chicken in 2016. According to Len Van Popering, vice president of Global Brand Management and Innovation, “this is just the beginning.” In coming months, Subway will be adding new Signature Wraps to its catering platters and in Subway To Go! Box Meals.

“Subway is focused on menu innovation as part of its commitment to meeting changing consumer preferences and providing a great experience for the millions of people around the world who visit Subway every day,” Van Popering said.

The protein-packed wraps come in three flavors and feature double the meat of an average 6-inch sub, plus a unique combination of veggies, cheese and sauces. The Signature Wrap flavors include:

• Turkey, Bacon & Guacamole is made with turkey breast, bacon, provolone cheese, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and onions, topped with guacamole and creamy Ranch dressing, and served on a tomato basil wrap.

• Chipotle Southwest Steak & Cheese, featuring steak, shredded Monterey cheddar cheeses, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, green peppers, and onions, topped with jalapeños, guacamole and spicy Chipotle Southwest sauce — all wrapped in a tomato basil wrap.

• Savory Rotisserie-Style Chicken Caesar is filled with hand-pulled rotisserie-style chicken, shredded Monterey and cheddar, lettuce and sliced tomatoes, topped with Parmesan cheese and Caesar sauce, and folded into a spinach wrap.

Customers also have the option to customize their wrap using the variety of protein, vegetable and sauce selections available.
