ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — Thirteen Meyer Natural Angus meat products have been awarded the American Culinary Federation Inc.’s prestigious Seal of Approval. These products were submitted for extensive testing and were approved by members of ACF’s Seal of Approval committee, effective Sept. 21.

Meyer products receiving the Seal of Approval include rib-eye steak (rib-eye loin), New York strip steak (strip loin), top sirloin steak (top butt), London broil (inside round), ground beef–75/25, ground beef–80/20, ground beef–85/15, eye of round roast (eye of round), kabobs (bottom flats), chuck roast (chuck roll), beef stew meat (chuck roll/clod/chuck tender), Meyer Natural Beef ground beef–80/20 and Meyer Natural Beef ground beef–85/15.
