NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – True Food Innovations is debuting its new fresh, preservative-free True Chef Meal Kits this week at Costco's and Bashas' stores in Texas and Arizona. The nationwide rollout will begin in February and continue throughout the year.

Having True Chef Meal Kits available in store eliminates the need for consumers to sign up for subscription services and saves on excessive packaging that comes with mail-order meal kit services, according to the company.

“We have developed first-of-its-kind patent-pending formulations for fresh meal kits that are specifically designed for retail,” said Robert Jones, president of True Food Innovations. “Your family can now enjoy delicious, safer and all-natural, restaurant-quality meals made right at home and purchased locally at your favorite club or grocery store.”

According to the company, True Chef Meal Kits are free from all artificial colors, preservatives and artificial flavors. The kits also boast long shelf life thanks to patent-pending formulations and high-pressure processing.
