The burger features an ancient-grain-and-quinoa-based veggie patty with Swiss cheese, Parmesan- mushrooms, tomato bruschetta salsa, avocado slices, sun-dried tomato spread and shredded romaine on a whole grain bun.
Red Robin's Veggie Burger is also available with only lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions on the side, or as a vegan option served with tomato bruschetta salsa, avocado slices and shredded romaine wrapped in a lettuce bun served with bottomless broccoli.
"Whether you're seeking to eat healthy, try new things or stick to a budget, our new and improved Gourmet Veggie Burger and featured menu items offer a delicious and craveable way for guests to stay on track with their resolutions," said Dana Benfield, senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Red Robin.
For the meat eating diners of Red Robin, the Tavern Double burgers with bottomless steak fries will also be available in 2018.
The first option is the Taco Tavern Double which features two beef patties topped with guacamole, crunchy tortilla strips, Pepper Jack, lettuce and salsa. Another combo is the Sir Acha Tavern Double with two beef patties, sriracha onion straws, American cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and spicy mayo.
The Chimi Fresco Finest Burger is also available. The limited-time burger features a ½-lb. Angus beef patty with queso fresco, a chimichurri vinaigrette and aioli, lettuce, tomatoes and pickled, red onions on a telera bun.
