The company plans to deliver from its 50 restaurants in the entire Chicago area including suburban locations. All test restaurants will offer customers new side-order menu items including mac-and-cheese, fried corn and two new options for fries: Louisiana Voodoo fries and Buffalo Ranch fries.
“Our successful delivery test in Las Vegas supports what we have been hearing from fans around the country, and seeing in the restaurant industry as a whole: today’s guests want to enjoy the food they crave, from the brands they love, in the most convenient way possible,” said Charlie Morrison, president and CEO of Wingstop. “We were extremely pleased with the results from our Las Vegas test and are excited about the possibilities that our Chicago delivery test will bring.”
Wingstop will look to add other cities for delivery in 2018.
According to Wingstop, locations in Las Vegas sustained a 10 percent increase in sales during the first delivery test in that market. Wingstops in Las Vegas will still use DoorDash to deliver.
