Paulo Basilio has been named zone president of Kraft Heinz's US business.
 
PITTSBURGH and CHICAGO – Kraft Heinz announced management changes Sept. 8, including the appointment of Paulo Basilio as Zone President of the US business and David Knopf as executive vice president and CFO. Basilio is currently serving as executive vice president and CFO and Knopf is vice president and Category Head of the Planters business.

In addition, George Zoghbi, currently COO of the US business, will transition to a Strategic Advisor role, working with the Kraft Heinz Board of Directors, CEO Bernardo Hees and Basilio. Zoghbi will remain a full-time employee.

David Knopf has been named executive vice president and CFO of Kraft Heinz.
 
Basilio joined the H.J. Heinz Co. in June 2013 as CFO. Knopf joined the company in July 2015 following the merger of Kraft Foods and H.J. Heinz Company, initially serving as vice president of Finance, Head of Global Budget & Business Planning, Zero-Based Budgeting, and Financial & Strategic Planning.

All appointments are effective Oct. 1.
