Todd Thomason was named Chief Business Development Officer and Jason Pinter will be CFO.

CHICAGO – PRE Brands, a consumer packaged goods company that sells premium grass-fed beef, announced the addition of Todd Thomason as chief business development officer and Jason Pinter as CFO.

"We approach beef, a historically supply-driven and commodity-minded category, like a demand-driven and consumer-minded CPG company," said PRE's Founder and CEO Lenny Lebovich. "We are so excited to add team members with leadership experience building hyper-growth consumer-facing startups, who can help scale our vision of bringing the very best food to consumers' tables, on their terms."

Thomason brings more than 25 years of diverse consumer experience with brands including Red Bull, Neuro, G-Pure / Voss, Xyience, Snapple and Gatorade. Pinter has worked for more than two decades with brands such as SpotHero, DialogTech, and Orbitz, and at consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies such as Kraft.
Most recently Thomason was vice president, general manager for the international division at Big Red Inc. He began his CPG career working for The Minute Maid Company, Quaker and PepsiCo.

"PRE is such an incredible value proposition for both retailers and their consumers," Thomason said. "I'm excited to join this team as it leverages its transformative consumer-driven business model within a traditionally commodity-minded fresh beef category, and brings its innovative approach to more customers across the country."

Most recently, Pinter was head of finance at SpotHero, a high-profile technology startup company. He also worked for Orbitz, DialogTech (formerly Ifbyphone) and Kraft Foods.

"It's been incredible to watch the evolving intersection of Food 2.0 and technology," Pinter said. "I'm humbled to be joining PRE during this period of rapid growth, while continuing to help move Chicago forward as a hub for innovation in technology, food and beyond."
