The food truck features a bacon-centric menu with offerings named for famous music performers. The Carlos Santana is flank steak, bacon, ham, sunny-side-up egg, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and smoked mayonnaise on a brioche bun.
Another offering is the Public Enemy Mac & Cheese, a spicy dish of penne pasta, bacon, queso and house recipe jalapeños.
The concept started in 2014 as a business venture between Keith Hill and Josh Patrick. The two friends met over 20 years ago working as DJs in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Their careers took them in different directions, but in 2014 they reunited to start their first I Love Bacon food truck in Huntsville, Alabama.
