Nicole Johnson-Hoffman joined OSI in October 2016.
 
AURORA, Ill. – OSI Group LLC announced that, as of July 1, Nicole Johnson-Hoffman assumed the position of chief sustainability officer in addition to her role as senior vice president of the company’s McDonald’s global business unit. According to the company, her expanded responsibilities include developing OSI’s strategy in the area of sustainability, which it believes can always be improved to the benefit of customers, the environment and the communities it impacts. 

Johnson-Hoffman will report to OSI Group President and COO David McDonald and will lead and oversee the company’s global teams while working customers, suppliers and employees “to achieve OSI’s strategic intent relative to the various dimensions of sustainability.”

Prior to joining OSI, Johnson-Hoffman worked as general manager at Cargill’s Fort Morgan, Colorado, beef plant, where she expertly led a tour of the facility that was featured on a segment of the Oprah Winfrey Show in 2011.
