CHICAGO – A new name has joined the list of companies offering grass-fed beef. Frisco, Texas-based Nurture Ranch debuted at the National Restaurant Association, Hotel-Motel Show held May 20-23 in Chicago. The company specializes in meat sourced from animals that are grass-fed, pasture raised and never treated with antibiotics or hormones.

The Black Angus cattle are raised on land that is adjacent to the Davy Crockett National Forest in East Texas. In addition to beef, Nurture Ranch produces seafood and cage-free poultry just outside of Joaquin, Texas along with wild-caught pork.

“We are very proud to share our traceable, grass-fed beef with the world, at a time when consumer demand and interest is higher than ever,” said Rodney Mason, CEO of Nurture Ranch. “Grass-fed beef is becoming the gold standard of beef for consumers who have higher education and income, who are hungry for superior taste and greater nutritional value.”

Nurture Ranch supplies meat, poultry and seafood to restaurants, retailers and meal kit providers. Products include 93 percent lean grass-fed Black Angus ground sirloin, brisket and chuck; steak, roast and specialty cuts, beef sausage, jerky, meatballs and products for Kosher and Halal customers.
