The products may be contaminated with E.coli O157:H7.

OTTAWA, Ont. – Longo Brother’s Fruit Markets Inc. launched a recall of certain company brand ground meat products due to possible E. coli O157:H7 contamination, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) reported.

CFIA test results triggered the recall, and the agency is conducting a food safety investigation. There have been no reported illnesses related with the consumption of the affected products, the agency noted.

The affected products include various sizes of Longo’s brand:
