TAVARES, Fla. – Gold Meat is introducing two new pork products to its line of ready-to-cook meats. Gold Meat’s Seasoned Pork Loin and Seasoned Pork Tenderloin are available now in 230 stores in Florida.

Gold Meat USA is a US subsidiary of Brazil-based Gold Meat, which specializes in a line of Brazilian-style sausages originally created by the owner’s father in his butcher shop in Ipuã, Brazil, 40 years ago. The new pork products are the first products that stray from the company’s signature line of sausages.

Both the Seasoned Pork Loin and Seasoned Pork Tenderloin are marinated in Gold Meat’s blend of spices that are injected into the center cut to maximize the flavor. Each cut comes in Original or Lemon Garlic flavor and is individually packaged weighing 1.5 to 2 lbs. each. The ready-to-cook products also have a 60-day shelf life.

Some of the 230 Florida stores where the products are sold include: Sedano’s, Presidente Supermarkets, El Bodegon Supermarkets, Bravo Supermarkets, Price Choice, Sabor Tropical, Latinos Supermarket, Latinos Market, Brazil Mart, Via Brazil, Jumbo Supermarket, Seabra Foods and Boca Brazil.

Gold Meat sources all its ingredients in the US for its Tavares, Florida, facility, which is the headquarters for the company’s US operations.
