COLLINGSWOOD, N.J. – Chef Angelo Lutz, also known as “The Kitchen Consigliere,” is offering his fully cooked pork sausage meatballs to retail and foodservice operators thanks to a partnership with veal and lamb processor Catelli Brothers.

The Collingswood, New Jersey-based processor is packaging the fully cooked 12-oz. pork sausage meatballs 12 to a tray to retail customers, and in 5-lb. bulk packages for foodservice companies. The firm also offers veal and beef meatballs as part of its fully cooked product line.

Lutz, who operates The Kitchen Consigliere Café, also in Collingswood, blends top quality pork with Old World Italian sausage and his special seasonings to make the fully cooked pork sausage meatballs.

Lutz says, “I am delighted that Catelli Brothers is distributing my pork sausage meatballs throughout the country. I take pleasure in serving patrons in my restaurant, but now many, many more people can enjoy this special product.” 

The meatballs can be microwaved, sautéed, simmered or baked.
