NEW YORK – Martha Stewart, in partnership with Marley Spoon, a subscription meal kit delivery service, recently launched a Thanksgiving dinner solution for consumers caught short on time during the busy holiday season.
The Martha & Marley Spoon Thanksgiving Box includes a whole 12 to 14-lb. free-range turkey supplied by Goffle Road Free Range Poultry Farms along with recipes and ingredients for other Thanksgiving dishes including:
- Martha Stewart’s classic stuffing of fresh herbs and dried cherries;
- Big Martha’s Mashed Potatoes made with cream cheese;
- Roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with pomegranate seeds and a warm apple cider vinaigrette; and
- An all-American Brown Butter Apple Pie of sweet apples, brown butter and flaky pastry.
The Thanksgiving Box serves 8 to 10 people, and all ingredients come in the exact quantities required, in an effort to reduce food waste, Martha & Marley Spoon explained. The meal kit is priced at $179 including the turkey. A sides-only box costs $119. The deadline to order is Nov. 15, and delivery is free.
