Atlanta-based franchise group La Cima restaurants is Twin Peaks largest franchisee.
 

DALLAS – Front Burner Restaurants LP’s, Twin Peaks has agreed to sell a majority interest in its Atlanta-based franchise group La Cima restaurants. La Cima is Twin Peaks largest franchisee and currently owns and operates 15 Twin Peaks Sports Lodges in six southern states. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

La Cima’s COO, Joe Hummel, will take over as CEO of Twin Peaks for Starlette Johnson who will serve on the board for Front Burner Restaurant Group after a brief transition.

Hummel will report to the Twin Peaks board of directors, chaired by founder Randy DeWitt. Coby Brooks, La Cima managing partner, will also join the Twin Peaks board of directors.
