CUDAHY, Wis. – Smithfield Foods Inc. subsidiary Patrick Cudahy has announced the addition of Executive Chef Heath Barbato as its newest chef and brand ambassador. The partnership between Barbato and Patrick Cudahy brings two true Wisconsin staples together.

Barbato will use Patrick Cudahy’s variety of all natural, apple-wood smoked bacons to create new recipes. The dedicated Patrick Cudahy concession stand at Lambeau Field, “Pack House,” will serve the creations and be open on game days during the 2016 season. The recipes are available at www.patrickcudahy.com.

Barbato will provide recipes and do cooking demonstrations at events and on television appearances in Wisconsin on behalf of Patrick Cudahy. The appearances will feature holiday and tailgating items that viewers will be able to try out on their own.
