SWEDESBORO, NJ – Rastelli Foods Group, a family owned, vertically integrated, global food processing and service company based in Swedesboro, New Jersey, is launching a new website July 25 to bring its Rastelli Market Fresh retail brand to the national market, expanding products to customers outside of south Jersey.

In 2013 and 2014, Rastelli Foods Group returned to retail with the opening of its Market Fresh supermarkets in Deptford and Marlton, New Jersey. The stores feature fresh meat counters called the Meat Stop – a throwback to the butcher shops where the family’s business began 40 years ago. Now the company is launching its
Rastellimarket.com websiteto offer 300 different products to customers unable to shop in the stores.

“We wanted to customize the experience for our online shoppers and give people across the country a chance to get the same service and steakhouse quality meat and seafood provided to them at home that we’ve served in our stores and to chefs for years,” said Ray Rastelli III, vice president of Rastelli Foods Group.

Some meat products sold on the site include Rastelli’s organic grass-fed USDA Certified beef, prime beef, Rastelli Market’s Elite Black Angus, dry-aged beef and Wagyu Kobe beef. They will also sell Faroe Island salmon, snow crab legs and various shellfish.

Included on the site is a virtual butcher where customers can ask questions about products, learn preparation techniques and get new recipes.

The site is also customized and interactive. It can customize the user’s experience based on their preferences. There is also a favorites option, so customers can save previous orders on their personal accounts to make reordering easier.

The site also merchandises various gift packages and will ship fresh roasted coffee.
