People looking for the bacon dream job may not need to look anymore.

Time Inc. is looking for a “bacon critic” for its recently launched Extra Crispy website. They want a reporter that is dedicated to “obsessively documenting breakfast, brunch and the culture surrounding it all.”

The Extra Crispy website lists the job as a three-month freelance position to eventually decide which bacon is the best in the country. Other qualifications listed on the website include serious writing chops, an unmistakable voice, a sense of adventure and an insatiable hunger for bacon.

To apply for the job, interested bacon fanatics need to send a short essay of fewer than 600 words recounting their favorite bacon-related memory to bacon@extracrispy.com by June 24.
