HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. – Southern California is known for its surf and its sand, but not necessarily its bacon. Saint Marc’s Pub Café is trying to change that with a brand new bacon bar on the beach.
The Bacon Bar offers 11 flavors of bacon by the slice. The establishment also offers an on-the-go feature so customers can stop by for a quick snack. The flavors include Nueske's wild cherry, garlic parmesan, Romanian-inspired paprika Slanina and coffee-rubbed bacon.
“We are delighted to make our delicious and unforgettable bacon easily accessible to our customers,” says CEO Thomas (Mac) McFarland Gregory III. “It’s always been our vision to bring the best of Saint Marc to everyone, and our to-go bacon bar is just another example of how that is coming into fruition.”
