LEBANON, Tenn. – Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. announced Jill Golder will join the company as senior vice president and CFO. She succeeds Lawrence Hyatt who will retire at the end of the current fiscal year. Golder will join the company on April 25, and assume CFO duties on June 6.

Golder brings almost 30 years of restaurant industry experience to the post. She most recently was executive vice president and CFO of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Golder held numerous posts at Darden Restaurants, Inc. during her 23-year career with the company. She also served as director of strategic planning and corporate analysis for Domino’s Pizza International and CFO of Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants.

Golder earned a Bachelor of Arts from Kalamazoo College and a Masters of Business Administration from the Booth School of Business at the Univ. of Chicago.
