DALLAS — Chili's Grill & Bar has launched a new menu, which features 25 new items and revised recipes for menu favorites.

Chili's has been serving Baby Back Ribs for nearly 25 years, but now the ribs are slow-smoked in-house over pecan wood chips for a sweet, smoky flavor. Chili's new ribs are then triple-basted with savory BBQ sauces until tender, according to the company.

Handcrafted sandwiches like the new BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich are also addressing consumer demand for new and different flavor profiles. Spicy cole slaw, caramelized onions and Gouda top pulled pork, served on a choice of a sesame seed or wheat bun. Chili's sweet and tangy Shiner Bock BBQ sauce made from Shiner Bock beer is another key ingredient.

"We're taking the time to make it like our guests would at home — so they don't have to — by making handcrafted dishes featuring excellent ingredients," said Wyman Roberts, president of Chili's Grill & Bar. "Our bold flavors reach new heights with revised recipes, and more than 75% of the menu has been transformed giving our guests new options."
