MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay – The world’s largest McDonald’s franchisee in Latin America and the Caribbean, Arcos Dorados, has added a premium burger to the menu.
The new ClubHouse burger from McDonald’s signature collection features a more than one-third lb. beef patty served on a brioche-style artisan roll with thick-cut smoked bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
The new offering serves as McDonald’s entry into the premium burger market in Latin America.
“Our customers are foodies with sophisticated palettes and they’ve been telling us they want premium twists on our classic burger range. We’re sure the Clubhouse and the launch of other new flavors in the McDonald’s Signature Collection will satisfy even the most discerning taste buds,” said Raúl Mandía, chief marketing officer at Arcos Dorados.
Arcos Dorados works with Latin American suppliers to source ingredients for the McDonald’s restaurants in the region and has made the ClubHouse available in its largest Latin American markets including Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Peru, Ecuador and Uruguay.
