NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The North American Meat Institute and Food Marketing Institute is hosting the Annual Meat Conference (AMC) and the activities are about to kick off.
The conference will take place Sunday, Feb. 21 through Feb. 23 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville.
The event brings features educational sessions, the latest in meat-processing technology and a spotlight on new food products at the Product Tasting Reception. NAMI officials are anticipating more than 75 exhibiting companies to showcase their meat and poultry products in addition to 200 retailer representatives showing off their latest technology as well.
