WASHINGTON – The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced additional items were included in a recall of meat and poultry products produced by LQNN Inc., operating as Lee's Sandwiches in Garden City, Calif.

Items affected by the recall include:

• 62,092-lb of “Ham & Cheese CROISSANT.”
• 5,218-lb. of “Cooked Dry SHREDDED PORK Cha Bong Thit Heo.”
• 8,631-lb. of “SHREDDED PORK Bi.”

FSIS said Lee’s Sandwiches has been processing products from federally inspected facilities and repackaging them without benefit of inspection. FSIS personnel discovered the uninspected products at a warehouse distributorship where the items were processed and labeled with another facility's mark of inspection.

The agency said the products were sent to restaurant locations in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon and Texas to be cooked and served to consumers. The products may contain “Est. 11041” or “P-11041” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
