J&D’s says its bacon-scented underwear, available for men and women at $19.99 a pair, marries “the ultimate in comfort and cured meat” and “represents the gold standard of meat-scented luxury undergarments.”
The underwear features bacon emblems. The scent of bacon is embedded in the ink of the underwear. “This is the kind of technical challenge our brightest scientists are focusing on these days,” J&D’s quips on its website.
According to J&D’s, the smell of bacon will last through multiple wash cycles and wearings. The company says its bacon-scented underwear is not recommended for mail carriers, zookeepers, veterinarians and dog catchers – for obvious reasons.
