MCLEAN, Va. – The meat track sessions of the Food Processing Suppliers Association's (FPSA) 2015 Annual Conference will feature high-profile executives from leading meat processors. The conference will take place March 18-20 at the Omni Resorts La Costa in Carlsbad, Calif.

Donnie Smith, president and CEO of Tyson Foods Inc., will kick off the session with a presentation. Kenn Propp of Harvest Meats and Paul Kafer of Smithfield foods also will give presentations during the conference. FPSA said the speakers will discuss the unique challenges they see in the modern meat industry and innovative approaches they take to address them.
