COLONIA, NJ – Muscle Maker Grill is expanding its fast-casual concept throughout the United States – with customers' health in mind.

The chain is opening 22 new locations in Nebraska, Arizona, New York, Illinois, Florida, New Jersey, Texas, California, Massachusetts and North Carolina. Muscle Maker Grill specializes in creating healthy versions of mainstream dishes. Proteins include grass-fed beef, natural chicken, fish and seafood.

"Over the past 18 years we have created a menu that satisfies everyone from vegetarians to the carb-free consumer to people following a gluten-free diet," said Rod Silva, founder of Muscle Maker Grill. "We have created a friendly, relaxed, social environment where people can enjoy great-tasting food, learn about healthy eating and engage with fellow health enthusiasts in their area. We're excited to bring our nutritious, quick service options to more consumers and plan to expand our footprint nationwide in years to come."

Recent store openings include Las Vegas, Dallas, a third location in Connecticut and a second location in Staten Island, New York. Each restaurant will offer catering, take-out and delivery services.
