NORWALK, Wis. – Valley Pride Pack, a meat-packing plant in Norwalk, Wis., has been hit with another lawsuit just months after settling a legal action over wages in a federal court, The County Linereported. Twelve employees filed lawsuit in Monroe County Circuit Court.

The workers are challenging the company's donning and doffing policy. The lawsuit claims that pay doesn't start until workers are in their work areas fully dressed in their safety equipment. The plaintiffs are asking for unpaid wages and overtime.

The County Linereported that the current lawsuit is similar to a lawsuit settled in federal court in February. Valley Pride settled the lawsuit but admitted no wrongdoing.
