Hemphill brings 20 years of marketing and branding experience to the position. Previously, he worked with Smithfield Foods, Inc. and JBS, according to Superior Farms. He has spent the last 11 years with EMM Group, a marketing consulting firm. Hemphill's expertise includes brand management and marketing research roles with The Gillette Company and AC Nielsen. He has held positions at Instill Corporation, a technology firm specializing in e-commerce solutions for the foodservice industry. Hemphill has worked with brands such as Gillette, Oral-B, General Mills, Tropicana, Quaker Oats, Best Foods, Kimberly Clark, Pfizer, and DuPont.
